Delete your account 🗑️

In the app (instant)

  1. Open the RivalCups app (formerly Arena / Life Track System) and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab at the bottom.
  3. Tap the ⚙️ Settings icon in the top left.
  4. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

If you can’t access the app

Send an email with the subject “Account deletion” to omercnsz1453@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account. We process requests within 30 days.

What is deleted and what remains?

  • Deleted: your email and sign-in details, profile, profile photo, game accounts, notifications, push tokens and team invites.
  • Transferred: teams you own pass to another member; if you are the only member, the team is deleted. Your ongoing tournaments are cancelled.
  • Anonymized: so past brackets and results stay intact, those records remain under the name “Deleted player”.
