Who we are

RivalCups (formerly Arena and Life Track System) is a platform where esports players create profiles, build teams and join tournaments hosted by organizers. Tournaments are run by organizers, not by the platform.

Account: your email address and password (the password is stored encrypted; we cannot see it).
Profile: your username, display name, optional bio, country, profile photo and app language. These are public, except the app language.
Game accounts: your in-game name (e.g. Riot ID), region and rank. If you verify with Riot, your Riot account ID (PUUID) and rank statistics are stored.
Tournament and team data: tournaments you join, your teams, match scores, score screenshots you upload, your disputes and reports.
Notifications: your in-app notifications and, if you allow it, your device token for push notifications.

To run your account and manage tournament registrations, matchmaking and standings.
To notify you about match and tournament updates in your language.
To review rule violations (cheating, bullying, fake tournaments) and keep the platform safe.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Your profile, game accounts, teams and tournament results are public.
Score evidence images can only be seen by the players in that match and the tournament referees.
Our service providers: Supabase (database and file storage, EU/Frankfurt), Expo (push notifications), Riot Games (account verification only), Vercel (website hosting).

You must be at least 13 years old to use the platform. We delete accounts we learn belong to children under 13.

You can change your profile information in the app at any time.
You can delete your account instantly in the app under Profile → Settings → "Delete my account". Your profile, game accounts, notifications and push tokens are deleted. In past tournament results your name appears as "Deleted player".

Your data is kept while your account is open. When you delete your account your personal data is deleted; tournament history such as match results remains anonymized.
